Description
Concentrated liquid descaler. Designed for restaurant, commercial and industrial equipment. Removes limescale, scale, rust and carbon build-up. Restores the appearance of stainless steel and glass. Food grade, this product can be used in CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) approved establishments.
Directions for use
DISHWASHER: Circulate at a dilution of 1 part to 5 to 10 parts water depending on limescale/scale build-up; approximately 10 to 30 minutes. Rinse with hot water.
GLASSWASHER: Circulate a solution of 19mL in 1 litre of hot water for 10 to 20 minutes. Repeat at least once a week to control limescale and beer stone. Glasses can also be washed using this method or separately in a solution of 1:160 or 6.25mL per litre of hot water. Rinse with hot water.
STAINLESS STEEL EQUIPMENT AND TABLES: Spray or spread a solution of 19mL per litre of hot water. Let the solution act for at least two minutes. Rinse with hot water.
