Description

BOSS is a commercial cooktop, fryer and oven cleaner.

Directions for use:

GRILLS: Heat the grill to 80°C (180°F) then turn off the power. Mix the cleaner with an equal amount of water. Pour the solution onto the surface or apply generously with a brush. Leave on for about 5 minutes. Wipe with a damp cloth. Rinse well with potable water. Spread a thin layer of oil to prevent rusting.

FRYERS: Let drain and remove any excess fat. Fill with water to within 10 cm (4″) of the rim. Add 1 part concentrated cleaner to 40 parts water (25 mL per litre of water or 4 oz. per gallon of water). Boil for 20 minutes. Drain and rinse with hot water. Scrub greasy residue while hot. Rinse well with potable water. Wipe with a dry cloth.

OVENS (Commercial): Spread undiluted cleaner directly onto surfaces to be cleaned. Let stand 5 to 15 minutes. Light scrubbing may be necessary for stubborn build-ups; use a soft nylon scouring pad. Wipe with a damp cloth. Rinse well with potable water. Dry.

FLOORS: Apply solution and let stand for a few minutes. Do not let solution dry. Keep floor wet, adding additional solution as needed.
